Ballet Fitness & Barre: Ballet-themed workouts are one of the top fitness trends today, popular for conditioning and toning results. First, we'll explore a range of exercises focusing specifically on abdominals, thighs, and glutes. Then we'll use the barre to balance while doing isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion lower body movements.
